 * Hi, I’ve been editing some pages on my website this morning and I keep seeing
   this message come up –
 * Unable to clear session lock record in /var/sites/a/allaboutfreight.co.uk/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/functions.php on line 4961
 * Warning: session_start(): Failed to read session data: memcached (path: 10.169.0.130)
   in /var/sites/a/allaboutfreight.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-live-
   chat-support/functions.php on line 4961
 * Should I be worried, is it something I can ignore?

 * Hello [@macpheek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/macpheek/), do you have
   a cache plugin installed? We’re getting reports of a some warnings related to
   session initalization when some caching plugin is installed.
    In your case, the
   error seems related to memcached not being able to read session data, incidentally
   when our plugin tries to use session. Do you see same error for other files as
   well?
