# Error Message

 * Hello!
 * I plugged in my API key with restriction to the correct IP address, and my Place
   ID. Then when I went to the Retrieved Data tab, I got this:
 * “error_message” : “This IP, site or mobile application is not authorized to use
   this API key. Request received from IP address 2600:3c03::f03c:91ff:feac:a0dd,

 * I’m sure it’s a simple fix but I’m a little inexperienced 🙂

   of 73. Is it not possible to get all of the reviews?

 * That’s great that you’ve collected the reviews from the HTML.
 * Did you remember to scroll down first? You need to expose as many reviews as 
   you can. Also, you may attempt this in one or more iteration. So you can go back
   and try it again later.
