 * Hi,
 * I”m getting the error message below with WordPress. It happened after I made
   modifications to this and another page with my page builder app called Thrive
   Architect.

 * Hi [@ieremias](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ieremias/),
 * This may be a plugin conflict with Thrive Architect. What modifications did you
   make to the Paid Memberships Pro page with Thrive Architect? What Paid Memberships
   Pro shortcodes are you using? Does the error happen if you disable Thrive Architect?
 * On a site using WordPress 5.5, the Twenty Twenty theme, and Paid Memberships
   Pro version 2.4.1, without Thrive Architect, I am not running into that error,
   so if the problem is replicable with Thrive Architect, please use their official
   support channel ([https://thrivethemes.com/members/login/](https://thrivethemes.com/members/login/)),
   as we wouldn’t have readily available access to that premium plugin. They are
   best equipped to support their product as commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
 * Along with that, if you can install plugins, install [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins,
   including Thrive Architect, and change the theme for you, while you’re still
   logged in, **without affecting normal visitors to your site**.
 * There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin
   and its Troubleshooting Mode in this article: [Troubleshooting using the Health Check](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/)
   [https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/).

 * Hi,
 * I appreciate the support.
 * I only added fancy dividers to both pages that are not responsive. I disabled
   Thrive and was able to access these pages, but the dividers are gone. I opened
   a ticket to Thrive and look forward to their response.
 * Thanks again,
 * J

 * I resolved my issue. I first deactivated Thrive Architect so that I could access
   the standard WP editor for the page that’s causing the error. I then deleted
   all content on the page and saved it. I then added the PaidMemembshpPro (PMP)
   Member Levels block instead of using the corresponding PMP shortcode. I checked
   my work and verified that the error was gone.
    I then reactivated Architect and
   the error was still not present. I then added back my Architech content (which
   was a fancy divider with an iamge). This worked well with no error message.[https://myaua.org/login-myaua/registration-fee/?preview=true](https://myaua.org/login-myaua/registration-fee/?preview=true)
   Try these steps and let me know what works! Good luck! Jeremiah

 * Solved my problem, thanks for sharing.
 * There is a plugin conflict. If you try and edit the membership levels page using
   TA while the PMPRO block is on the page you will get the error.
 * If you want to edit the page using TA then first remove the PMPRO block using
   the Std WP editor. Make your changes with TA. Then go back to the WP editor and
   add the block back in. This solution make work with the short code as well but
   I have not tested. If it does it means you will be able to place the levels short
   code any where on the page. If not the the PMPRO levels table will always be
   be below the edits you make with TA. Not ideal but workable.
