The WPSSO Update Manager add-on can be activated from the WordPress Plugins page — please activate this complementary add-on now. When the WPSSO Update Manager add-on is active, one or more Premium version updates may be available for your licensed plugin and its add-on(s).” * YET The WPSSO Update Manager is updated and active. How do I get rid of this message? Try clicking the SSO > Tools and Actions > Clear All Cache button. It tells me to enter the CAPTCHA correctly after I put in a username and email but there is no CAPTCHA to enter. * “ERROR: Please solve Captcha correctly” * There isn’t one. After deactivating WPSSO Update Manager and then Activating it again, I get this message. I changed SITEDIRECTORY and SITENAME from the original site names. All of these plugins show that they are up to date. You can use the username and password you provided when registering – there is no need to reset your password. So I tried to get it using the email I used. It tells me the following when I try to reset my password: * Error: There is no account with that username or email address. ERROR: Captcha failure. * So I try to register. It won’t let me do that because of the captcha issue. So… you keep telling me that i need to login there to get help. BUT I CAN’T. The “Register Now” page does not use captcha, so you should not see that message. I just tested and created a user, then created a ticket, without any issues. If you want to create an account, then that is up to you.
