Error Message : A valid URL was not provided.

I’m trying to clone a site from my WAMP server to the online server, but it won’t accept the URL with http://localhost/. I’ve tried uploading the .zip file to a place online, but it doesn’t work. I don’t currently have access to the server files on GaterHost directly, or I’d just upload it there. Is there another way I can get around this error?
