 * Try to upload WordPress manually to your website. Simply:
 * 1. Download WordPress
    2. Make a backup of your website. 3. Delete all WordPress
   files from the root except wp-config.php and also the wp-admin and wp-includes
   directory. 4. Upload everything and make sure you do not overwrite wp-content
   directory.

 * Too late…I did that and did not keep those files, so they are all new. What do
   I do?

 * If the database was intact and the files in wp-config directory are still there
   then all should work. Simply update the wp-config.php file with the new database
   connection details.

 * I did all that…database is fine, I can get to the database. I changed the config
   file to point to the database, nothing.

 * You’re still getting the same error as above? OR a different error. Please be
   more specific.
