Error message Array_merge() [Function.array-merge]: Argument #1

    I am new to WP and am updating a website for client. I activated Vantage theme today and am now getting the following error messages: Hoping you can help please.

    Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /clientdata/zeus-dynamic-1/p/e/personnelconnection.com.au/www/tpc/wp-content/plugins/google-analyticator/google-api-php-client/src/Google_Client.php on line 40

    Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /clientdata/zeus-dynamic-1/p/e/personnelconnection.com.au/www/tpc/wp-content/plugins/google-analyticator/google-api-php-client/src/Google_Client.php on line 103

    Hi @karenfrancis

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. The warnings mentioned look to come from the plugin: google-analyticator. If you still have admin access, please, try de-activating the plugin. If the issue resolves you might consider another plugin that does a similar job.

    Hi, Thanks so much for your response. Will deactivating the plugin effect any of the analytic settings that have been set up and/or are they simple to reactivate?

    A quick side note. Ideally you shouldn’t be seeing warnings on a production site. If you want to turn debug off, please see:

    Yes, de-activating the plugin in question will cause your Analytics code to no longer be outputted. There are several other good Analytics plugins out there like Google Analytics by Yoast. If you’d rather troubleshoot the problem then please consider opening a support thread with the author. They’d be best positioned to know what’s going on.
