    This is the message im receiving. Trying to set up my mail for my business email

    Constants: No
    Api Key: Yes
    Channel: Yes

    Debug:
    Email Source: WP Mail SMTP
    Mailer: SMTP.com
    channel: not found

    Thanks for reaching out! That specific error message indicates an issue with Sender’s Name. Please get the correct Sender name from your SMTP.com account.
