 * `Error: Could not save menu settings.
   Last database error: "WordPress database
   error: Processing the value for the following field failed: option_value. The
   supplied value may be too long or contains invalid data."Warning: The wp_options
   database table uses the outdated utf8 character set. This can prevent you from
   saving settings that contain emojis, certain Chinese characters, and so on. It
   is recommended to convert the table to the utf8mb4 character set.
 * I’ve converted the wp_options tabel to utf8mb4-general-ci but that doesn’t help.

   realize the new table? 😉

 * The `utf8` character set is a known issue for some admin menus, that’s why there’s
   a special error message for that situation. I’m not sure why converting to utf8mb4
   didn’t work right away, but hopefully, it will keep working.
