    Hey, It seems WooCommerce plugin is not active on your wp-admin. Conversios.io – Google Analytics and Google Shopping plugin can only be activated if you have active WooCommerce plugin in your wp-admin

    The WooCommerce plugin is activated, I didn’t make any changes on website that can cause that. I can’t even log in to the WordPress dashboard.

    Already contacted de WooCommerce support and it’s nothing from them, also I contacted my hosting and they recommended me to deactivate all the plugins, also this didn’t work. 

    Please help.

    I resolved it by doing the following;

    1. Disable plugins:
      • If you suspect that a plugin is causing the issue, you can disable all plugins by renaming the “plugins” folder in your WordPress installation. To do this, you’ll need access to your website’s files, either through your hosting control panel’s File Manager or an FTP client.
      • Locate the “wp-content” folder and rename the “plugins” folder to something like “plugins_old.” This will deactivate all plugins.
      • Try logging in to your WordPress admin panel. If you’re able to log in, you can then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the problematic plugin.
