 * We tried to replicate this error and we are able to replicate the same at our
   end. We have escalated this issue to the development team and the dev team will
   look into it. I will get back to you as soon as the dev team fixes this error
   on our end.

 * We launched the latest update version 5.1.0 of this plugin yesterday, which includes
   a fix for the issues that were causing errors when the “Numbering” option in 
   the “Templates” tab was turned off. We recommend updating our plugin to the latest
   version, v5.1.0, and testing to see if the error persists.
