When I look at woocommerce order list (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order) the PDF is ticked green and I can open it (access rights on server also checked) I’ve set it up to be sent for accepted orders. All customers don’t have an account on the site. * Is there a way to test the re-sending of order emails with an invoice (to the admin)? The WP Mail Logging plugin may not a 100% reliable indicator for whether the attachment was sent: the attachments are periodically deleted from the temporary folder so even when it was sent correctly it may not present anymore. Especially if you say that the PDF shows as having been generated (green checkmark), that indicates that it was probably sent correctly. * I would recommend creating a test order for yourself to see if that email that you receiv has the attachment. All the email was sent correctly( order, payment and so on) to customer but there is not the pdf attached. Also if I force to resend to customer the pdf invoice. There is a way to solve this issue? Have you enabled the attachment of the invoice under **WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Attach to:** When you write “Also if I force to resend to customer the pdf invoice.”, are you doing this via the order actions with the option “Email invoice / order details to customer”? Everything works like a charm. Warm regards Ale * p.s. the reason that in the test we didn’t receive email it was beacause we bought the product like private customer and not like a company so the invoice was not created.
