    Hi,

    When my customers leave reviews they are met with an error message when they submit. It says: “An error occurred during submission of your review. You can try again using the button below …” It shows a technical error as “500-Internal Server Error. Error: Request failed with status code 500”

    Any support on how I can fix this? The reviews still come through to me but the error message doesn’t look professional to my customers.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Our plugin is well tested and actively used by 10000+ shops. The error you reported is most likely caused by some other plugin that you have installed on your site.

    To be able to diagnose what is causing the error, can you please enable debugging, reproduce the error one more time, and then provide here the debug log? The debug log will contain detailed information about what exactly broke down on your site during creation of a review.
