 * This is the message I am receiving:
 * The plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file,the following 
   error message was returned:
    **Error Message : Forbidden**
 * cloned from: [http://www.ricostudios.com/vippaint](http://www.ricostudios.com/vippaint)(
   successful)
 * copy to: vippaints.com (new wp install)
 * Under same hosting account just added new domain name.

 * make sure that the link works, if it’s giving you the same error,ftp into your
   site and go to ‘wp-content/uploads/wp-clone’ and delete the htaccess file,or 
   move the backup file to somewhere else.

 * Deleting the htaccess file did the trick.
