# Error message ftp credentials

 * I do not understand this error. I called ipower, they said I have to upload the
   plugin from ftp, which I did, and still the same error.
 * FTP credentials don’t allow to delete folder /hermes/bosnaweb11a/b545/ipw.(mysitename)/
   public_html/(mysitename)/wp-content/cache/db
 * W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created
   to complete the installation.
    Please execute commands manually (how do I do 
   this manually?) or use FTP form to allow W3 Total Cache make it automatically.(
   I don’t understand this)

 * Ipower found the solution: the ownership permission for the folder ‘public_html/
   mysite.com/wp-content/cache’ was corrected
