# Error Message Google Drive

 * Had this error message on 4-13-18
 * Have not yet obtained an access token from Google – you need to authorise or 
   re-authorise your connection to Google Drive.
 * I re-entered the information in Google and it is still giving me the same error
   message.

 * I contacted my web host and there is no problem on that end. I did not change
   my wp-config file.
 * I just did a manual back up with Updraft without having a connection to Google
   Drive and everything went through just fine.
 * It seems that quite a few people are having this same issue.
 * I have this installed on 3 sites and have a premium plan.
 * I am not sure what else to do.
 * I really hope you find a fix.

 * Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in
   the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
 * The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online
   service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
 * Also, could you try temporarily deactivating any caching or security plugin on
   your site and attempt to reconnect? Is it the same issue?
