 * I am getting the following error message when I click on “add new form”.
    Undefined
   index: fca_eoi_show_animation_checkbox in /home/stacey20/public_html/artguru/
   wp-content/plugins/aweber-wp/includes/eoi-post-types.php on line 1541
 * I am running it on Safari 9.0, wordpress 4.3.1

    Sorry that you are having this issue, could you try deactivating other plugins
   on your website to see if this caused by a conflict with another plugin?
