 * i’m using the latest version of plugin manager from wp-plugins.net. however, 
   every time i open it i see the following on top of the page:
 * Warning: ini_set(): A session is active. You cannot change the session module’s
   ini settings at this time. in /home/site/public_html/blog/wp-plugin-mgr.php on
   line 67
 * what can be causing this?
