# Error Message In ,Post,

 * While I was working on this post, an error message came up in the text box of
   the post at the top. I tried to figure out what it meant, and since I saw the
   word “jetpack” in it, I decided to uninstall jetpack and reinstall it. The message
   is still there. Here is the message:
    Failed to load plugin url: [https://www.mynewdanishlife.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/build/contact-form/js/tinymce-plugin-form-button.min.js](https://www.mynewdanishlife.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/build/contact-form/js/tinymce-plugin-form-button.min.js)
 * What doe it mean and what should I do?

 * I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.
 * Could you give us more details about the issue? Do you use WordPress’ block editor,
   or do you use the old Classic editor? Do you have any other plugins that may 
   customize the editor on your site?
 * I’m asking because [we have received similar reports](https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/10919)
   from folks using the old classic editor alongside other editor plugins that appeared
   to conflict with Jetpack’s Contact Form feature (which you can disable if you
   don’t use, [as explained here](https://jetpack.com/support/control-jetpack-features-on-one-page/)).
   I wonder if you may be running into the same problem.
