   and they were not able to remove the error or fix.

 * If your request is because you use the Get Awesome Support Plugin, let’s see 
   if you have a conflict with a plugin/theme. Please switch to a default WP theme
   temporarily and deactivate your plugins one by one until the error message disappears.
   This way you can find the plugin/theme conflicting. You can also check for the
   debug.log file:
