 * A fatal error prevents me from activating the plugin — has anyone else experienced
   this?
 *     ```
       Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
       Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/content/I/n/c/Incorporated/html/bc/3floyds/wp/wp-content/plugins/plugin-updater/plugin-updater.php on line 28

    `<?php phpinfo(); ?>` in a file with the name phpinfo.php upload it to your
   root directory on your web server and then navigate to [http://yoursite.com/phpinfo.php](http://yoursite.com/phpinfo.php)
