# Error message on Jetpack

 * Hello,
 * For a couple days now i have not been able to access my stats. I gte the following
   error message:
    User Agent: “Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_8) AppleWebKit/
   534.57.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1.7 Safari/534.57.2” Page URL: “[http://www.somethingaboutpatry.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&noheader&#8221](http://www.somethingaboutpatry.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&noheader&#8221);
   API URL: “[http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?noheader=true&proxy&page=stats&blog=42357745&charset=UTF-8&color=fresh&j=1:2.1.2&#8221](http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?noheader=true&proxy&page=stats&blog=42357745&charset=UTF-8&color=fresh&j=1:2.1.2&#8221);
   http_request_failed: “connect() timed out!” Anyone else having the same problem?

 * Do you still experience issues today? I had a look at your account and everything
   seems to be working properly.
 * If you still see this error, can you please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility
   Plugin so we can see some additional information from your site?
 * 1) Download the plugin from [http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip](http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip)
   
   2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New. 3) Activate
   the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test. 4) Click the “Select
   All” button. 5) Send us the results via this form: [http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service](http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service)
