I forgot do two questions please, we don’t understand:

Have we to ADD mailpoet DNS values on blank spaces in our domain account or REPLACE them for 2 original values? when we tryed to replace our account platform did not allow it.

Does making this change affect how our website works or other features?

    Thanks!

    Hey there @rgaleano !

The DNS settings for your site in the MailPoet.com account will not matter in this case, as you are not using the MailPoet Sending Service.

In this case, your site is using SMTP from your web host (I believe, unless you have another form of SMTP setup on your site that would bypass that).

I would recommend checking the logs for how you’re sending the mail and see if they offer any insight into why mailing has stopped.

Alternatively, you can use the MailPoet Sending Service to send your emails, and we can help offer insight into why you might have sending issues. It’s included in the plan you have setup.

    Hi there @rgaleano,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
