 * First of all, thanks for developing this plugin.
 * After I activated your plugin in wordpress version 3.6.1, I get the error message
   below.
 * Notice: Undefined index: setting in D:\Hosting\10686670\html\assistunitestme\
   wp-content\plugins\wp-donate\wp-donate.php on line 61.

 * Please also note that I was running wordpress with debug mode set to true. However
   when I set debug mode to false, the error goes away.
