# Error Message “Problem with the request”

 * When I am logged into the site, I can subscribe, but when you are not logged 
   in I get an error message saying “There was a problem with the request.”

 * Hi Prathamesh,
 * Sorry, I should have replied sooner. Yes. It turns out it was another security
   plugin my client was using that caused it. It was a redundant plugin anyway, 
   so I deleted it and it works fine now. Thanks!
