Can you try re-adding the form?
Otherwise, you may have a plugin or theme conflict. Can you enable debug mode by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced?

I tried de-activating the plugin «MailPoet» and activating it again
One registration as worked, but the second registration trial did not work (error 404 message) and it does not work at all anymore
Is it a compatibility problem with the BuddyBoss layout ?

I think I have found the solution to my problem…
I had checked the box in the wp settings so that people could not create their account, therefore the checkbox for the subscription was not available in the MailPoet settings.
By changing all that, the subscriptions are now working again.
I’m very happy it is not uncompatible with my theme, because I like your product and I wanted to use it.
