# Error message when authorising WordPress

 * Hi,
 * I’ve created an account, installed the plugin, basically followed all the steps,
   and have unfortunately run into the following error message: “{“gcCode”:414,”
   err”:”Transaction missing in Oauth2 process”}”

 * I’ve no idea what’s causing this error, and cannot finalize installation because
   of it.
 * Any help?

    From our experience, this error looks like you have a security plugin
   like a firewall that blocked the communications. Can you try to deactivate your
   firewall or security plugins into your WordPress and retry? You can also try 
   to deactivate all your others plugins during the lapse of time of activating 
   GraphComment. Best, J.
