# Error message when generating critical CSS

 * I had an error message when i tried to generate critical CSS on my website.
 * it says Failed due to unexpected error, and requires to contact support. The 
   overall score in Jetpack Boost jumped unexpectedly to A (99) which is usually
   59
 * Another error is when i add a product to the cart and try to view the cart i 
   get an error message saying ‘There has been a critical error on this website.
 * Please advise

 * For the error when adding to the cart, I recommend checking your error logs. 
   There should be a message in the logs indicating what is causing the issue. If
   you are unsure how to do this, your hosting provider will be able to help you.
