# Error Message when I create a post

 * The last few posts I have tried to install on my WP page has given me the error
   message above. I have tried disabling plugins as suggested but nothing has helped.
   I am running a twenty sixteen theme, I have the HealthCheck also running. Not
   sure where this is coming from. I am not a server side coder. I do understand
   html as a web designer. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

 * Yes, everything is all up to date. My Theme is up to date and my plugins are 
   up to date as well. I am not sure why it just all of a sudden has this error.
   Any other ideas maybe? Thank you .

 * Yes, everything may be up to date, however it doesn’t mean that the code has 
   been updated to be compatiable with the php verison. See here for example :

 * Do you know what your template is supposed to be printing out under the entry-
   content ?

 * I think i have figured it out. I created my posts in Zoho Docs and when I copied
   and pasted it, it must have brought some crappy formatting code. Now i put it
   in Notepad and that strips the formatting. Then I copy the text from Notepad 
   and format it right in my post. That worked with no error. Someone else might
   have this situation and that was my fix.
