# Error Message When Installing Demo

 * Whenever I try to instal a demo using dimultipurpose theme plug-in, it gives 
   me the message “Can not retrieve sample data xml file. The server may be down
   at the moment please try again later. If you still have issues contact the theme
   developer for assistance.” I have tried everything and cannot get it to work.
   I contacted my host and they said everything is fine on their end.
