When this type of error is appearing, it would be helpful to see if there is any clues in the JS Console.Check that there are no errors appearing in the JavaScript Console (found in Chrome browser from main menu under View > Developer > JavaScript Console). If you see any errors appearing as red text, send us a screenshot for review. Also, it could be that there is a potential conflict occurring with another plugin on the site.
