# Error Message when running Duplicator

 * I’ve been using Duplicator for some time and never had a problem, after a recent
   update I now get this message.

 * Looks like your installer build did not created correctly. Not sure how that 
   could happen. If you want to submit a ticket I can look more closely at your 
   issue…

 * thanks for the response, I did a lot of testing and found that the problem appears
   to be the theme I was using, I reset to a standard WP theme and Duplicator worked
   fine.
 * The theme I used was this one : [http://themes.themegoods.com/kakia_wp/](http://themes.themegoods.com/kakia_wp/)
 * When creating the package it just stopped at about 40%. Anyway I’ve managed to
   move the site now.
