# Error message when submiting a request

 * Hi,
 * Is there an error with the plugin? I can add products to the list, but then I
   submit the list, there is an error on top (in green) saying ” There was a problem
   sending your request. Please try again..”
 * But the request are received by backend, and are found in orders.?
 * All updated and with WordPress 6.3.

 * if you can see the quotes in the backend, since this version does not have this
   feature, you are using the premium version of the plugin.

 * We do not have the premium version longer, as the client did not want to renew.
   Do I still write there?

 * as said, the feature comes from the premium version, I can’t provide support 
   here for that version
