 * Two forms on the page, one working great, the one on this page not working at
   all:

 * Error message every time, despite all information being entered correctly: Form
   could not be submitted. Please make sure you have entered your information properly.
 * Also, what is the difference between “primary” and “overview column” in the “
   settings” on the Data page.
 * And can you please clarify what the difference is between “primary” and “sample”
   each attribute’s drop-down menu.

 * I was trying to submit the form and get following error –
    “A server error occurred
   while trying to process the form.”

 * Hi, thanks for your response. I have not had that message before. Just tried 
   again, got the same message: Form could not be submitted. Please make sure you
   have entered your information properly.

 * You need to use user_email field in each form. Second attribute in Data tab.
