 * Hello,
 * Just installed the plugin and followed the documentation to grab client ID from
   Google. All looked good, but when heading over to the “synchronize” option, we
   get this error message:
 * 401. That’s an error.
 * Error: invalid_client
 * Application: Proof Five Points Calendar
 * You can email the developer of this application at: [prooffivepoints@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-message-when-syncing-events/prooffivepoints@gmail.com?output_format=md)
 * no registered origin
 * Request Details
    That’s all we know.
 * Any thoughts? Thank you!

 * Hi raleighwood,
 * This error you have is probably because of the “Authorized JavaScript origins”
   or “Authorized redirect URIs” links in the web application in Google API Console
   are not set right or you added a slash in the end of the links.
 * example:
    – wrong form [http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=google-calendar-plg/](http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=google-calendar-plg/)–
   right form [http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=google-calendar-plg](http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=google-calendar-plg)
 * If this doesn’t help please try to create a new Client ID, here is a video with
   full steps: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AX9PtgKPnuM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AX9PtgKPnuM)

 * Hi,
    I’m having the same issue and I have followed your video instructions carefully-
   three times. Is there some detail you may have left out? How did you resolve
   your issue [@raleighwood](https://wordpress.org/support/users/raleighwood/)?
   best, KImberly

 * Hi Kimberly,
 * To solve your problem you have to check if you used the correct “Authorized JavaScript
   origins” for your Client ID in your Google API Console.
 * Greetings
