Yes of course. The error only occurs sometimes. It appears to be a bug

Hello,

Frustrating isn’t it?

I had to remove the plugin and reinstall. There was also an update, make sure yours is the most up to date version. Hopefully the plugin author will respond to you. He was very helpful in my case.

Did you lose information by reinstalling?
I have thought of doing this myself.
We were considering purchasing this but now we are currently looking for a different plugin due to lack of response. If a reinstall works we may reconsider sticking with it
