# Error message when uploading header image

 * Hello,
 * I downloaded the Hatch theme and have been trying to change the header image.
   I followed the instructions (go to appearance > header), but every time I try
   to upload an image, I get the following error message:
 * ‘Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.’
 * I have tried uploading different image formats (jpg, png) and it doesn’t work.
 * The same thing happens if I try to upload an image from the media library…
 * Help, I don’t know what to do..
