# Error Message When Using Plugin

 * Hi There –
    I am new to this the “Embed Chessboard” plugin but I think it will
   be great once we get it working!
 * As a test, I posted it on a site I’m working here: [http://www.laurengoodkindchess.com/chess-game-test/](http://www.laurengoodkindchess.com/chess-game-test/)
   
   And it does not show the text along with the board and will not start the game.
   When you click on the top left box it says the following error:

 * I am using the premium responsive theme [Mist](http://www.mojo-themes.com/item/mist-a-responsive-all-natural-wordpress-portfolio-theme/)
   for the template.
 * Can this be fixed? If so – please help?
    Also when it’s fixed – can it be played
   on a mobile phone or tablet? Thank you! – Naphtalie Joiner

 * Looking at your page, I think there might be an issue with the wordpress theme
   you are using.
 * The embed chessboard plugin works inserting an iframe with the chessboard on 
   the page, however the URL of the iframe is not what the plugin posted there.
   
   The plugin posts an iframe URL that in your case ends with
 * `&pi=pgn4web_46eaa228`
 * while the actual iframe URL I see on the page is
 * `&pi=pgn4web_46eaa228?wmode=transparent`
 * This breaks the plugin.
 * You should probably try a different theme and see if the chessboard is shown 
   correctly; in that case you might want to contact the developers of the theme
   you selected. Sorry I can’t help you further than this.
 * Concerning your last set of questions, yes the plugin works on mobiles and tablets,
   however it’s not responsive in adapting to the screen size, so you might like
   the final result… or not. I have no plans in the short term to make the chessboard
   responsive.
