# Error message when using ‘Send The Mail ‘

 * when I try and send an email I am getting the following message
 * mPDF Error – cannot find TTF TrueType font file – /home/hidingdomain/www/clientarea/
   wp-content/plugins/sliced-invoices-pdf-email/includes/vendor/mpdf/ttfonts/DejaVuSansCondensed.
   ttf

 * Hi adminyazo, I see you also opened a support ticket for this issue, and that
   that was already answered by our staff. Since you are a paid Sliced Invoices 
   user, support tickets are the best way to get support. (This forum is only for
   help related to the the free Sliced Invoices plugin.)
 * To anyone else who may read this post —
 * This issue was specific to our paid PDF and Email Extension, not the free Sliced
   Invoices plugin here on wordpress.org. The user was using a very old version 
   of the extension, so the solution is simply to make sure you are using the latest
   version.
