# Error message while trying to activate

 * I copied the access key for the security plugin from my dashboard, pasted it 
   into the security plugin settings, and when I attempt to save it in the plugin
   settings I get this message:
 * Errors:
    2021-11-10 12:42:51: API key validating: Key is not valid. Key: (removed).

 * I suppose that can happen when the wrong support link is provided on my Dashboard.
   Didn’t I already mention that might be an issue? Why, yes, I did already mention
   that.
