 * Hi zahls team,
 * I made a test order on my website to see if Twint through zahls.ch worked.
 * At checkout (client-side) I got “An error occurred during the request”, and received
   an email (shop-side) saying that it is a webhook problem.
 * I am pretty sure I miss-configured something.
 * Can you please help?

 * Thank you for your message.
 * Could you try to change the settings in your connected TWINT Store? Please choose“
   Online-Shop” –> “Payment Service Provider” and “Payrexx” as our Payment Service
   Provider. The connection with TWINT should then work.
 * As I saw, the webhook worked fine with the last transaction. I guess the zahls.
   ch plugin was not correctly set up before, right?

 * Yes, it worked, thank you!
 * I have another question though, my client has just started her activity and is
   not yet registered as a business, but Payrexx asks for official company documents.
 * Will she be denied access to the service?

 * Thanks for your question.
 * No, your client won’t be denied service because she is not formally registred
   yet. She can fill in the information as a sole proprietorship (as she already
   did). I just had a look on the information and made some minor changes – I think
   if your client will fill in her social security number, she should be good to
   go.
