# Error Messages, No Comment Handler

 * I’d like to show the required field messages on the comment form, not redirecting
   to the comment handler page.
 * How could I do that?

 * Your comment form already shows this:
 * `Required fields are marked *`
 * That’s the standard way to show required form fields everywhere.
 * If you want to VALIDATE the form and display a validation failure message on 
   the same page (user still needs to click to submit the form!), that’s a totally
   different question, and one I, unfortunately, can’t help you with. In that case,
   I’ll advise you post a new thread to ask the right question.
