# Error: Missing parameter app_name

 * Hello experts,
    When trying to link Woocommerce to Syncee, I get the following
   error message: “Error: Missing parameter app_name”.
 * Please, how can this be corrected?

 * Thanks Mashi for the suggestion but it didn’t work. I read somewhere else that
   such errors happen because of missing string variables. Unfortunately, I don’t
   know what that may be or how to correct it if true.

 * Just to add – This problem may probably be solved by deactivating all WPML plugins
   and starting the authorization process again and then re-activating all WPML 
   plugins back (if you are using WPML plugins), as stated in [this article](https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/woocommerce-authentication-error-404-not-found-missing-parameter-app-name/).
