 * I just installed this and am receiving the Error: “MISSING START DATE. MAKE SURE
   THE HEADERS OF YOUR GOOGLE SPREADSHEET HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED.
 * This error is being displayed with the Shortcode and the iFrame Embed with the
   Knight CDN source and a local copy.
 * Also, if you do a Google search for the error phrase, you’ll find several other
   websites who are also receiving the error.
 * Please advise.
