   You do not have a single “ticket” in these forums. Not one, you never did.
 * Thanks for the support but please _don’t refer to these topics in the volunteer
   supported forums as “tickets”._ It gives free users an entirely wrong idea about
   what the volunteers here, including yourself, do here.
 * These are community forums staffed 100% by volunteers. Anyone who thinks they
   are entitled to support via a “ticket” is incorrect and setting free user’s expectations
   in the wrong direction.
