# Error Moving Directory

 * I developed this website at est.amongelephants.com, I am now wanting to move 
   it to ericsamueltimm.com
 * These are both on the same server, however the development site was made in the
   director /est and the live site will be in the directory /estnew
 * I have copied all of the files over, got the database changed over, and all of
   that works, but when I go to the admin, it would bring me to the old est.amongelephants.
   com, so I edited the wp-config to have the new address. This gives me a redirect
   loop error on the homepage.
 * When I go to the wp-admin to login, it never goes through, just keeps refreshing
   the log in page. I have checked hundreds of times and the username and password
   are correct.
 * Just stumped. I have moved wordpress sites from one server to the next, no problem,
   but this is kicking my butt.

 * So I am trying a different approach now…
 * I have the ericsamueltimm.com being pointed to the est directory, so in theory
   all I am changing is the site url from est.amongelephants.com to ericsamueltimm.
   com
 * I change the settings in the admin panel, so it logs me out as it should and 
   has me login at ericsamueltimm.com/wp-admin all normal, but at that point, it
   just reloads the page when I try to log in.

 * Reset your admin password and try again.
 * Are you sure you are not running any security plugins or have tried disabling
   all plugins in general to get logged in?
 * You can disable all plugins following this :

 * I tried disabling and reseting password. No luck
 * The weird thing is, even if i purposely enter the wrong password, it doesnt give
   me an error saying the password is incorrect, it just loads the page the same.

 * I recommend disabling all the plugins via the above instructions, definitely 
   sounds like a plugin problem from what I’m reading.
