# Error msg “Bpost system not available”

 * Hello,
    from time to times this week and for a few hours, I got the following
   error message on my website : “Le système bpost n’est pas disponible, contacter
   le manager du webshop” (timestamp sample : 07/01/2022, around 11pm)
 * This is of course blocking the payment process of the customer.
 * Are you aware of this blocking issue ? Is there something to do on my side to
   prevent this ? Can you tackle this in order to avoid any re-occurence ?
