I couldn’t find any of my replies and it now shows the topic is resolved. * I agreed that the topic wasn’t initiated by me but the right thing to do is to tell me if I should open my own topic on the issue or not. * Haven’t said that, I have received or read many responses on my problem, however, the link sent to me yesterday was for me to open a ticket with more detailed explanation.
