# Error nonce

 * I have after finding articles seem to have fixed a problem however I thought 
   it might be worth advising plugin devs to see if there was a fix.
 * Form stopped working because of this error “Invalid nonce. Please refresh your
   browser”
 * It worked using Firefox and Chrome, did not display on Edge and displayed the
   above error on Iphone Safari.
 * Read the forum support and did the following 1) Exclude from caching, did not
   work. 2) Load the form with AJAX, did not work. 3) Defer render blocking javascript,
   finally success.
 * The form is now working again but it leaves you with that lingering thought “
   what if it stops working again” . I might try the above steps in a different 
   order and see if it can be narrowed down to one cause.
 * Ps. I use the SG Optimizer plugin for front end optimisation, thats how I turned
   off Defer render blocking javascript, I know this is a ramble but it might come
   in useful one day 🙂

 * Thanks for sharing the solution of what worked on your side. The error noticed
   occurs when the nonce expires, this could occur due to many factors.
 * Would also recommend checking whether switching to “Page Reload” makes any improvement
   too.

 * Since you are able to rule out “Defer” causing the issue, it could also occur
   due to existing set of plugins. You can check if there are any console errors
   picked when “Defer” is enabled and see whether it helps in troubleshooting this
   further.
