 * Hello support,
    No hurries, but on my own website I get a “There was an error
   retrieving the JSON data from the server…. Details: error — Not Found” message
   when choose back-up. I tried switching the Backup Refresh Mode from AJAX to Normal
   in the system config and tried again. After total process: 72% out of 4146 files
   the back-up screen disappears and I am on the front end of my site with a message“
   page not found”.
 * What could I do next to get it to work?

 * Could be an issue from your hosting server, try and exclude some of the larger
   folders/files and see if it helps!

 * Thanks, it is solved now. For some reason (out of the past I guess) there were
   a bunch of core.number (like core.71564) files from 65Mb in wp-content dir and
   after removal it works.
